So I was suuuuuper excited to try this out after my friend told me about it. It is caffeine-free which is good because I have a heart condition. I saw that it supposedly 'enhances' your mind-muscle connection, so I figured why not?! OMG. I took a half scoop as recommended on the first day and my arm pump was INSANE. The next day I trained glutes. This has got to be the best preworkout I've ever taken. Blue Star Candy is the SH*****. Can't wait to try Watermelon next. DON'T sleep on this company, these products are seriously on point!
