SHIPPING POLICY

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed online at www.theapexnutrition.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Venmo, ShopPay and PayPal.

When will my order ship?

We do not support same day shipping yet. Orders are processed for shipment within 1-3 business days after an order is placed (Excludes Pre-sale/Pre-order items).

Courier transit time is in addition to the order processing time stated above. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will start processing on the next immediate business day.

*** NOTE:  Processing time applies to merchandise that is readily available. Custom made items and apparel are subject to longer wait times as they are made on demand. ***


Where do you ship?

We ship to the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and most countries.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer shipping primarily via USPS, with some store products handled by FedEx and USPS. All orders are shipped WITHOUT a signature required, which means, your shipping carrier of choice will deliver the package to your doorstep, whether or not you are present for the delivery.

USPS Priority Mail:

Estimated transit time is 1-3 business days depending on destination. This service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery confirmation number is provided when available. Carrier insurance is not provided.

FedEx Ground/Home Ground:

Estimated transit time is 1-7 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) based on distance to destination (Alaska and Hawaii is estimated at 3-7 business days). This service does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking and insurance provided. Signature option is not available. Package will be left at door step whether or not you are present for delivery.

FedEx 2-Day:

After order has been processed and shipped, delivery is guaranteed in 2 days to most areas (excludes weekends and holidays). Rural destinations may require an extra day in transit.  Tracking and insurance provided. Signature option is not available. Package will be left at door step whether or not you are present for delivery.

HAWAII & ALASKA

USPS Priority Mail:

Estimated transit time is 3-7 business days, but does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery confirmation number is provided when available. Carrier insurance is not provided.

GUAM, PUERTO RICO, US VIRGIN ISLANDS, APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

Estimated transit time is 7-10 business days, but does not provide a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery confirmation number is provided when available. Carrier insurance is not provided.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns:

Our policy lasts 30 days.*

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, no exceptions.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

*Certain clothing items or other products are subject to review based on supply or inventory location. In the event the item in question is ineligible for return, alternative methods of reciprocation will me explored.*


Returns require receipt or proof of purchase:


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).


Any item or product damaged, altered or incomplete is not due to our error. All items sent out are inspected and reviewed before deployment.


Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received on our end you will be notified. Upon receipt, we will inspect and determine if the return is eligible for a full or partial refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days based on your card or banking details.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):


1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
2. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

3. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@theapexnutrition.com.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are determined to be defective or damaged, and have slipped by our screening process. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theapexnutrition.com.


Shipping:
To return your product, you should send us an email at info@theapexnutrition.com and ask for return guidance.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please be patient, but if any step of the process is taking unusually long, please contact support at info@theapexnutrition.com.
